It may not take more than sheer force to hit the ball back and forth over the net (sometimes under the net, too), but this woman from Bump It Up! (Kelly) proves that just because you're moving and sweating doesn't mean you can't have grace and style.

Just look at the way she curves her back in ever so slightly and how she raises her hand from the wrist all the way down through the fingers.  Some kind of white feathery bird known for grace and poise couldn't have done any better. 

And don't be fooled, these beautiful movements are backed up by an oncoming strike.  Beautiful and powerful.
