• often assembles a team for one of our leagues, making the calls to friends and coworkers.
• registers their team, then gives registration instructions to other players.
• is the main point of contact between NYC Social Sports Club and their team.
• encourages great team spirit (even when losing).



• backs up the calls of NYC Social Sports Club refs.
• disputes a call politely and sensibly.
• contacts the Club before noon on the day of a game if their team doesn't have enough players to make the games one week.
• is pro-active in settling disputes involving their team.
