Kickball Crosstraining
Cross-training is an important part of any athlete's regimen. Some choose to run on their off days or maybe hit up a spin class where you get to have an angry teacher scream at you to raise your resistance for forty-five minutes.
Some, though, like these members of Poko (Irish) and The Pompeiian Destroyers (Red) opt for an approach with a little more pizzazz.
Not only is choreographed dancing to Lady Gaga a great way to kick a party up a level, it's also great cardio. The perfect way to stay in shape for Thursday Kickballin!
