As many quite understand, kicking is a very important part of playing the game of kickball. Without it, the game would simply be called "ball", leading to much confusion as to what game it is. But kicking isn't the only part of the sport, as cheers, some help to the refs and some celebratory beverages all help make Kickball the sport of champions.

The first step towards making contact with the ball is most important, while a good wind up - like this gal's from Kick, Kick...BOOM!! (Kelly) - is part of the recipe for success.

And this time it has nothing to do with copping a feel or hitting on someone, but it does have everything to do with dodging bullets and running bases.  This woman from Foreigner (Gold) had to stop short in the middle of a mad dash to the second base plate to avoid colliding with the giant rubber ball.  Her moves proved successful, much to the chagrin of Brews on First (Purple) and she not only made it to second, but darted to third before they could recover the missed shot.
