A: Team captains help the NYC Social Sports Club management facilitate the games and teams. They generally ensure that their team has all of the information they need, show up each week, know the rules, and keep in line with league policies. The captain should be able to manage their teammates if they are doing something that negatively affects our fun atmosphere, and they should also be organized enough to maintain an open line of communication between the team and management.
