When people first told me they played Ultimate Frisbee, I imagined a relaxed game played in parks, perhaps by people wearing hemp necklaces and Birkenstocks. But once I saw Ultimate Frisbee in action, these stereotypes were quickly pushed away! Ultimate Frisbee is a quick and fast-paced game that definitely takes more stamina than you think!

This week, players were all up in each others faces, trying to block the opposing team's throw or intimidate them into throwing a faulty pass.
