Everyone knows how important it is to stretch before and after a game of Kickball. With all the kicking, running, jumping, and flipping (well, that part happens at the bar), it would be pretty easy to pull a hammy if you didn't take the proper precautions. 5WPR (Maroon) took some time out at this week's Wednesday Kickball night to demonstrate some techniques. Their key? Teamwork. Why do all the work on your own when you have friends like these to help you out?

And when you're nice and flexible, you can pull off moves like this one (sure it's the wrong sport but, hey, still pretty impressive)
