There's a Reason Pun Rhymes with Fun

Here at NYC Social, we love word play. Each season, we're amazed at the all the clever names our teams come up with. Who knew there were so many different ways to incorporate sports terms and innuendo? At Saturday's Roosevelt Island Flag Football Championship, Player Haters Reunion (Red) showed us how creative they were with their hatin' inspired nicknames:

Love the puns, but why all the hate, guys? Our tip for next season: Bring some love! Or maybe some Lovie?

The Haters came away with Silver Medals and the title of Bar Champs. Congrats!
